DM 158w Monocrystalline Solar Panel (2 Pack) Review

I tested some of the DM Solar 145 panels up here in NJ..

Got readings of 21.4 VOC and 6.3 IMP about 8:30 am.. on initial testing..
(granted that was from a cheapy meter)..

DM Spec sheet says. 7.75 IMP, 18.7 VMP with overcurrent 22.3 VOC and 8.37 ISC

Panel sticker says: 8.05 IMP, 18 VMP with overcurrent 21.6 VOC and 8.95 ISC..

Panels do not have any CE or UL ratings on them. 15 year output warranty is fine for the price compared to other same size panels..

Great panel.. not lightweight but nice an sturdy. was getting 110-112 watts with my PWM charge controller and 7.6 - 7.8 amps.. (an MPPT controller would yield higher numbers like about 120 watts..)

MC4 compatible connectors which appear to be on 10 AWG wire (could be 12AWG)..

Happy with Amazon. My panels work fine thus far.. and I ordered #6 so I can do a 24V system if I want.

UPS Ground (free supersaver shipping) was better then Fed Ex Overnite..

**Update got panel #7/8 Thursday (a 2pk).. now have 8 panels.. got 115-116w in further testing with MPPT controller.. was getting 9.2 amps from single panel..
