UniSolar FLX-32, Flexible 32 Watt Solar Panel (Pack of 3) Review

They are so light, they are flexible, and they have a substantial output- they might not have as strong an output under direct light as a rigid panel- but I believe they have stronger output from off-angle sunlight, and without an autotracker- which do we get the most of?

I am using these with a 30amp charge controller to regulate the output- without a storage battery these will most of the daylight hours output enough to run small 12v dc devices, chargers, etc. Add a solar storage battery for non-daylight hours

These are flexible- significantly more hail or debris resistant than glass panels. And they can be screwed down without any special mounting equipment (just pay attention to the screw point indicators) these can be glued down to an rv roof or shop trailer with only a small amount of preparation (there is a small box about 1.5 x 2 inches extending out of the back about 1/2 inch- so that must be accommodated)

Technically these can even be walked on- not like in a cover your deck with them kind of way- but as a if you have to step on them for some reason you aren't going to ruin them.

Cant give these enough stars- they are really a super solar solution for something less than an entire house PV system.
