I bought this to replace a smaller cord the previous owners had grafted onto my 50 amp 1997 Holiday Rambler motorhome. The smaller cord was not letting enough amps through and the resistance was eating up the cords and ultimately the power box. I replaced the power box and the cord with fantastic results.

Symptoms: Cord getting hot at the plug in and at the switching box.
Both AirCon's would not run at the same time and had less capacity.
Automatic 3-way Fridge would not continuously run on AC.
Obvious corrosion of metal contacts in power box and cord.

This fixed all that. Now when I turn the AirCon's on they work great on generator or ac electric. The fridge stays on AC power. The cord is cool to the touch.
