The generator arrived quickly and with no damage. Negatives- The manual could be a lot more in-depth, and the installation guide is rather vague in regards to the wiring. It also puts out some stinky exhaust. My biggest complaint is that it constantly draws between 20 and 50 watts AC(or more) to power the "smart charger" for the internal starting battery. This is a steady draw from the battery bank, and keeps my inverter on. However, it does start right up, is relatively quiet,and charges my bank of 12, 6-volt golf cart batteries within 1 to 2 hrs. Over all, I'm very happy with it.
