Just the right size for light duty use. You can't use it with electrical motorized tools, or it will overload, and shut down, but it's great for camping lights and charging things.

Super small gas tank, and it runs a long time. A real gass sipper.

In the econo mode, as you put more of an electrical load on the generator it speeds up and gets more noisy. When it runs at low load (speed) it is pretty quite, but it's pretty loud at full speed (450 Watts).

This is THE smallest and lightest weight generator on the market today, which is why it's so useful. You can take it anywhere easily. It weighs about twenty pounds.

UPDATE: Took the generator camping last week. It was easy to start. After starting the generator, it tends to run fast, slow, and takes about 30 seconds to figure out what speed to run at. This appears to be normal, as it warms up and senses how much load is being applied. After a few seconds of strange speed changes, the generator settles into a constant run speed. Very good on gas consumtion. Although it is not meant for heavy duty ( high power) usage, I can think of many low power items to use it for. I am going to carry it inside the truck this winter for emergency battery charging, and portable power.
