I am not the best at writing reviews so I will say this:
I use this device ALL of the time and every feature has worked perfectly for me. Charging cell phones, airing tires, jumping ATV's and vehicles etc. Hook up a USB device to charge, set it in the sun and it will charge without discharging the battery much at all. One review said it will not jump a vehicle. You have to attach it for a few minutes and let it charge the drained battery (usually about 10 minutes for a completely dead battery)Can't say a bad thing about this device.
