I chose this product because it is designed to be compatible with the XP8000E generator. The circuit breakers were easy to exchange. It was relatively easy to install, however there are some considerations that need to be addressed.
If you are planning on expanding this unit to handle ten circuits, plan on using a 1" conduit. Not all wires will fit inside the 3/4" conduit once you have added the neutral switch kit. Additionally the neutral switch kit will fit inside the unit, but it is very tight.
I would recommend this unit.
