I was very impressed that while I ordered the solar panel through Amazon that Grape Solar had a record of the specific panel ordered. They were able to give me specs & information based on the specific panel I received (not just specs for the general model of panel). The customer service was also a great source for suggesting mounting options and were additionally able to direct me to sources providing any needed hardware & accessories. Very impressive. Their suggestions were right-on and workable. We are mounting these on an open rafter porch with south facing slope and will run the panels on a grid-tie system in hopes of decreasing the high electricity bills.
