I used the panel to charge a 12 volt battery on my camper. The panel was used about 4 times over a 2 month period and then it failed. No output from the panel at all. A pain, but no problem since the panel is warranted from HQRP for 2 years.

Well good luck getting a hold of someone from HQRP to address the issue. I have been trying to get a return or refund for over 5 weeks now. You can only leave a message on their voice mail and request help. I had one return call after calling them and politely leaving them messages asking for assistance and they left me a voice mail but they have never followed up. I tried to request a return on their website but there site form was broken. When I did get the form to go through (the next day) I got no response.

There are similar priced panels from other manufactures on Amazon. I would suggest those instead of an HQRP branded panel.
HQRP is showing how poor customer service can be. I am surprised Amazon does business with them.
