First off my dual feed fuel tank looks different that the one listed on this site. I took some pictures with just one hose attached so you could view the "new" tank. I purchased this dual feed tank with the intent of using it mainly for one generator and a second generator only when needed. It is working perfectly for that use. I purchased an inexpensive plug from my local hardware store to plug the other end of the brass T fitting when I run just one generator. You could just as easily attach the other hose and just let it sit there. It will not leak gas or suck in air, it is a quick disconnect fitting. I just prefer the clean look when running just one generator. The gas tank, hoses, and hardware are very good quality. I really liked the setup of the gas hoses. One end of the gas hose is a quick disconnect (generator fuel cap end) and the other end swivels (fuel tank end) so the hoses don't kink. The directions are straight forward with minimal assembly required. I emptied the generator completely and ran off the extended tank just to make sure it would work. I left the generator run at full throttle for 3 hours and it kept running. If you are looking to get extended run time out of your generator/s this is a great product.
