This product kills weeds, grass, groundcover, etc. It does a very good job of killing vegetation. I used it to kill grassy weeds on a vacant lot that seldom gets any water. I used a slightly stronger mixture than what the directions specified. The weeds turned brown and withered within 10 days. Three months later the weeds were still brown and had begun to disintegrate. Happy days! But a few weeks later, after a brief rain, the grassy weeds flourished in the very same spots that I had sprayed four months earlier. And they were as thick as ever. In all fairness, perhaps the SEEDS that happened to be on/in the ground "sprouted" after the rain. Even so, I am very frustrated that I spent time and money on this 'One-Year" product that hasn't lived up to the hype.
